Humboldt Viewpoint
ViewpointFree entry
A historic mirador on the TF-21 road between La Orotava and Santa Úrsula, 320m above sea level, named after the German naturalist Alexander von Humboldt — who was reportedly so struck by this panorama on his 1799 visit that he knelt before it. The viewpoint overlooks the entire Valle de la Orotava: banana plantations, the El Rincón countryside, Puerto de la Cruz on the coast, and Mount Teide above it all.
