1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Island-Tenerife (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Island-Tenerife.

2. User accounts

To access full functionality you may create an account. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements or bulk messages.
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users.
• Submit false or misleading reviews.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to hack, upload malware or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Scrape or collect other users' data without their consent.

4. User-generated content

By posting content (posts, photos, comments, check-ins), you grant Island-Tenerife a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store and promote that content within the Service. You retain full ownership and all copyright in your materials.

You are solely responsible for content you publish. You must not post material that infringes copyright, is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual property

All materials on the Service — text, graphics, logos, page layout, source code — are owned by Island-Tenerife or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing or modifying these materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Information on the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep it accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it, including changes to prices, opening hours or attraction availability.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

7. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-service notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction over Island-Tenerife's registered address.
