One of the most scenic Ironman 70.3 courses in the world, starting with a sea swim at Puerto de la Cruz, followed by a spectacular cycle through the Teide National Park and a run along the northern coast. Elite and amateur triathletes from 50 countries compete.

Finished my first 70.3 today — the bike course through the volcanic hills nearly broke me, but the finish line on the seafront was worth every second.
