On 5 January, the eve of Epiphany (the day Spanish children get their presents), the Three Kings arrive in Santa Cruz by helicopter at the Heliodoro Rodríguez López stadium for a family show with music, theatre and dance, and from 19:00 their parade of floats winds through the city centre. The 2027 edition is on Tuesday 5 January and is free. Streets are closed to traffic and parking is restricted, so come by tram or bus; 6 January is a public holiday.
